A development manager located in Exeter contacted us regarding roofing issues that were causing leaks throughout the large building.
We carried out an initial drone survey to identify all the failed areas of the roof. The roof survey was passed to the development manager with a quotation to repair all items.
Solution
Access was provided by KMC with one of our qualified IPAF drivers.
Existing fibreglass roof repaired with rubber flex solution to stop all leaks.
Multiple roofing tiles were broken and replaced with new.
Multiple ridge tiles loose and broken they were removed replaced and re-bedded.
